Delicate observation of a Langoustine. An unframed giclŽe print by Ash Mair, renowned chef and Winner of Professional MasterChef 2011, of his original hand drawn artwork. Originally hand drawn with 1mm tipped black pens on paper using theÒstipplingÓ method which involves building up layers of dots to create small details and shading.

AshÕs prints are highly collectable and are limited to only 101 copies worldwide. Ash's prints are a collection of some of his favourite ingredients. We have 4 other prints in his collection available: King Crab, Octopus, Lobster and Gurnard.

These seafood images are printed from an A3 (297x420 mm), (11.69x16.53 inch) originals and printed on 308gsm photo rag paper. On top of the A3 size of the original artwork, these limited prints also have an additional a 25.5 mm (1 inch) border to aid with framing. Including the border the paper size is 471x348 mm (18.54x13.7 inch) in total.

Ash offers signed limited edition GiclŽe prints which are a collection of some of his favourite ingredients. Printed by a member of The Fine Art Trade Guild, each print includes a numbered legally abiding certificate of authenticity is also provided and includes the date of release and the number in print order.
